Founded in 1985, our school has remained family owned and operated for generations. Today, we are proud to be the longest family-owned and operated karate school in Utah.

Our Martial Arts programs are designed for all ages. Children 6 and under participate in a pre-karate style class focused on developing fine and gross motor skills, confidence, and essential life skills.  Students ages 7 and up train together, creating a unique opportunity for families to stay active and learn as a team.
